If you want to save a video on your computer (recommended), right-click on the link and choose "Save Target As" in the menu that appears.

In order to view the videos you have to download and install the DivX codec (just click on the big "Download" button at the bottom of the page). It is suggested, after the installation, to restart your computer before attempting to view the videos.
