Dafna grew up in Kiriat Tivon, where she started to dance as a girl.  In 1997 she finished high school, specializing in performing arts.

In 2002 she completed her studies at ‘Ga’aton‘ dance school, where she
worked with choreographers Suzana Linke, Neta Pulbermacher, Shelly Gonen, Nir de Wolff and Martin Kory.

Dafna performed in the repertoire of Mats Ek and Jiri Killian.
